🔁 Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
- Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
- FLASH CAR ZONE reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Available methods include:

- Wallets (if applicable)
- We also support Cash on Delivery (COD) (if enabled on selected products/locations).
- FLASH CAR ZONE does not store any card or payment details.

🔄 Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
Return Conditions:
- Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and with all accessories.
- Items showing signs of use or damage due to improper handling will not be eligible.
- Return instructions will be shared once the request is approved.

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted products (unless damaged or defective)
